It's going to be busy as frick though. I think they might be taking reservations to get into the park each day.

I'd stay in Summit in terms of the most options to see stuff within a reasonable drive and actual things to do.

It's not a very long drive to RMNP.

You're 1.5 hours to whitewater rafting in BV (though by late July it might be running a little slow).

It's about 2 hours from Dillon to Aspen.

What, like 30 minutes to Vail?

Taking off for a couple of nights out to the westslope wouldn't be that difficult either. Pretty drive and very reasonable within a day, and there really aren't "wasted" travel days in the mountains.

With that much time, I'd split Frisco/Dillon and Telluride.
