Probably not destroy but damage from an explosion could knock it out of commission for a critical few minutes or hours. A rocket from Gaza to Tel Aviv only takes 90 seconds to deliver.

The small drones just have to hit the antennas of the Iron Dome’s radar system, they are fragile enabling them to be destroyed with a small amount of explosives, and the system is blind, and useless without them.

I think major elements of the "Iron dome" is actually dependent on mobile units. Basically big trucks. They would need drones to survey the area and act on it if they see one. I'm sure there's Palestinian Israelis on the ground around Tel Aviv working with them.
This is unfortunate because Israel is will bomb the hell out of Gaza and then invade if it feels too vulnerable.
This whole thing is stupid.
