Well considering most of the Cortana area is now basically a ghost town as it stands one net positive aside from any economic ultimate output into the BR area will inherently and eventually be infrastructural improvements in the area in order to facilitate the vehicles and shipping activities moving in and out. It will at any rate modernize and appear nicer, with hopefully expanded and paved roadways hopefully expanding as Far East as say villa del Rey. What I’m picturing is the area will one day again be nicer than it’s been since the mid eighties to get around there. All these shut down former stores and eateries in the area will also be operational and in lease again also.
