Keep the Open Primary System for all elections in Louisiana. If not then it should be mandatory for "None of the Above" to be on the ballot for each office. If 100 people want to run for an office then they should qualify, campaign, and let the voters decide the outcome.
A candidate like Jeff Landry knows his chance at becoming governor isnt likely if several other Republicans are in the race. Most of them oppose bringing in foreign workers over Louisiana citizens, or defying open record laws.
