Offer says no cost -- zero -- due to being a long term customer and excellent credit. I'll dig deeper for more info but that is what the offer states.

Youve never taken out a HELOC?
Or car loan?
Or no annual fee credit card?

How much up front costs are associated with those?

Explain the costs and i will correct you.
