or ya know multiple cops can figure out how to not kill someone who's 'meaningful resistance' was wiggling around on the ground.

How many times do you think police use the knee to the neck or back to control a criminal per day in this country? Hundreds? Thousands? Haven't they been using it for a while? If so, it must be effective. But a handful of people, who resisted arrest or fail to comply with police commands, die while the police are using this successful subduing technique and now they should stop using it? First, those who die in this scenario are at the most fault. Second, I don't think it is a good idea to stop a successful technique because a couple of noncompliant criminals die. I'm more concerned with the LEO's safety when dealing with these people.
