Yup, in addition to me hearing largest Amazon DC and remembering all the hassles I’ve had I’m also thinking this place is in BR. It’s gonna start out as efficient as a Popeye’s drive-thru.

Maybe Amazon is planning on replacing human truck drivers with self-driving trucks. Then they do not have to worry about where truckers can take their breaks.

Oh it's going to be efficient....for Amazon.

Baton Rouge isn't like Dallas, Memphis, or Nashville. It's distribution business is more inland waterway, river, and pipeline. It will take a year or two before there are more services and business geared towards truck drivers in the area, but they will come. Plenty of properties around Cortana and along Airline that can handle that.
