Information on Brooks Rice?

Does anyone know if he's close to being back? I heard he was injured. Also thoughts on if he can help bullpen?

He was mentioned a couple weeks ago with Zach Murray as being available, but then he wasn't mentioned the other day as available. Not sure if there was a setback or if Mainieri just forgot he existed like Alex Brady.

Good to know. Since we don't have local reporters that actually ask questions, it's hard to come by some of this information.

Hahaha,he may have to check his roster again. I think Rice had a rough fall. So didn't think he could help but wasn't sure.

I liked Murray's stuff and demeanor...and stache. Results weren't really there but he has a future, for sure.
