All beer, wine and spirits are made from fructose as a starter ingredient. Glucose and fructose are your primary fermentable sugars. After fermentation beer shouldn't contain any fructose. To make lite beer they uses a different type of yeast that not only eats fructose and glucose but also dextrins to remove more carbs.
However the health issue with beer is ethanol. Ethanol and fructose are processed by the liver through the same pathway. 90% of ethanol and fructose are converted to fat in the liver. Glucose is healthier but you won't like it because it's not as sweet as fructose. Glucose is sold as dextrose in the grocery store.
