Lol WHAT??? She was literally in the process invading the US Capitol Building and trying to overthrow the elected government. She was with a group of people that included many individuals who were very clear that their goal and desire for that day was to kidnap Democratic lawmakers and murder them. When she was shot she was leading the charge to break through a barricaded door to try and get to where many congressmen and senators were hunkered down for protection.

But she was especially not a threat? she willfully put herself in that situation and and was aggressively moving towards the cops despite clear warnings not to

If that had been a BLM person, Pelosi would have said something like "it's everyone's Capitol, she had a right to be there and protest." And there would be riots and marches for murdering her for doing property damage. You know it. The flip side, I will concede, is conservatives would be calling the BLM person in that same situation a terrorist.
