Yeah, that's called illegal trespassing. A misdemeanor in most states.

I can’t believe more people didn’t get shot to be honest. I have no problem with the police/secret service taking out people trying to break into the chambers while Congress is inside. Whether they are right wing, left wing, or anarchists.
