In our company, it is understood no one disagrees with #2 except the owner.
However, I do not bite my tongue if I'm right. I refuse.
It has led to some interesting exchanges, but he knows I will always shoot him straight.
I am not paid as well as the yes men, but I don't compromise my principles for cash.
