I get what you are saying, but I have found the following approach with people is actually more effective if you're someone they respect:

Captain on the bridge of the Titanic: "Lieutenant?"

Lieutenant - "Sir!"

Captain - "In your opinion, how many degrees port should you turn to miss that iceberg just ahead?"

Lieutenant - "I believe 2°, Sir."

Captain - "Very well. I agree. Carry on, Lieutenant."

Instead of:

Captain - "Lieutenant, you fricking moron! Are you a complete inbred imbecile cuck! Turn left 2° NOW, you fricking idiot!"

Lighten up, dude. Just state that you feel like less of a cuck than you felt previously based on your own actions. Calling others cucks because they aren't as enlightened as you are is counter-productive.
