I usually get it when i'm stressed on a deadline at work.
One final in college I showed up an hour late to. I looked in and was like "they should be finishing soon" then realized it was my class. It was an intermediate economics class too. Walked in with 45 minutes left and finished before some of the people who started on time. Was my last semester and got like a B+

I was taking a final (coincidentally, also econ) which happened to be taught by the Dean. About ten minutes in, I was seized with a raging case of the runs. I walked up to the front desk and told him that he could fail me if he wanted, but if I didn't leave Right Now, this would be a final exam no one in this room would ever forget. I don't know if it was the stiff legged walk, the fact that all the blood had drained from my face, or just that he was just a cool guy (Dr. Lamar Jones, TYFYS), but he let me go take a dump and come back and finish the test.
