I can get a rash from that shite just by walking near it.
The best treatment I've found is Tecnu lotion.
I used to race mountain bikes and one of the biggest races of the year was at Cameron Park in Waco TX. That place is a poison ivy jungle. After the race I'd wipe down with Tecnu lotion, wait 5 minutes, then take a shower. I never broke out.
Skip the home remedies and get some.
