This is where I gloat about poison ivy and poison oak having no effect on me at all.

I've never been allergic to any of them or gotten any rashes growing up. Two years ago at 36, I was removing some poison ivy from my yard and for the first time ever I got a little rash from it. Yesterday I had the same thing happen, removed some from the yard and got a little half dollar sized rash. Probably an old wives tale, but I remember reading somewhere that the more you are exposed to it you will eventually have a reaction
