Brees isn't good enough for you?
Having a quick QB is good in NCAA, but do you really need to do all that scrambling in Madden?
You probably need to improve you pocket passing or maybe get some better OLinemen in Free Agency, etc.

I noticed on this years madden that when you drop back you have to stay in the pocket. If you back up out of the pocket you will get sacked pretty quickly.
