We have confidence in the coaches. They have seen/coached Burrow and made the decision he was the better QB. He proved it on the field.
Whomever they select to take the first snap vs UCLA, he is the man.
I rewatched some of the early games last season. Myles has a cannon and he was spot on when throwing deep balls to Marshal. The receivers were mostly freshmen so many times there was no open receiver and the OL was sporadic.
They are all starting over with equal opportunities.
No matter who wins the starter job, we are fortunate.

Now take Marshall out of that equation and you've got Johnson's situation. Max was a better leader and a more poised competitor as a freshman.
