I mean there's nothing wrong with following the marvel model.
Have individual super hero movies and then do JL.
I just think they’ve already missed this money train a bit
I think people were already starting to get a little over the super hero thing in general, atleast at the rate they are putting them out now, and with the future of movie theaters up in the air, I could see that bubble bursting pretty hard quicker than you’d think. And not just for super hero movies, but blockbuster/tent pole movies in general

Based on what?
The last 5 MCU movies at the box office were
Spider-Man: Far From Home $1.13 billion
Avengers: Endgame $2.7 billion
Captain Marvel $1.12 billion
Ant-Man and the Wasp $622 million
Avengers: Infinity War $2.04 billion
Minus Ant-Man all of the past five have topped $1 billion and while I doubt Black Widow will, the hype around the next Spider-Man film may get is past a billion based on the pandemic and how many theaters are opened.
Also there's an insane amount of hype and praise coming from The Eternals as Marvel seems to be hard set on keeping it around award season.
