The media went full blown apocalyptic over this term. Even had all the fact checkers and internet Reddit/Twitter soys rewriting history to “educate” us on why calling it the “Spanish Flu” was different and not racist, but “Wuhan” or “China flu” is
The same media that has no problem casually throwing out “Brazilian strain”, “African strain”, “European strain” of Covid now and no says shite or cares
The media controls emotion and the narrative and it’s really gross. I don’t understand how anyone in that profession looks at themselves in the mirror or sleeps at night
