Alumni Band Info

For anyone planning to perform, I just received this email about the schedule.

Alumni Band Members:

LSU Officials have announced a revised kick off time for the LSU v. Appalachian State football game of 10:00 am.

The Band Reunion is on with some adjustments to the schedule

Friday Itinerary:

6:00 pm Registration packets available for pick up
6:30 pm Cocktails
7:00 pm Banquet

Saturday Itinerary:

ALL BAND ALUMNI MEMBERS MUST MEET AT THE INDOOR FOOTBALL FACILITY BY 6:45 AM

6:30 am – registration begins at the LSU indoor football facility
6:45 am – instrument pick up (indoor facility)
7:00 am – practice begins with ALL BAND MEMBERS
8:00 am – practice ends
10:00 am - kick off against Appalachian State

Unfortunately we have been forced to cancel both the breakfast and the buses due to the scheduling changes to accommodate practice tomorrow morning.

It is imperative that you come dressed in your uniform, White Band Shirt, Black Shorts/Pants, White Band Cap and White Shoes you may not have time to change. If you ordered a shirt or hat they will be available at the indoor practice facility or tonight at the Banquet. Registration packets will be available at the Lod Cook Alumni Center beginning at 6:00 pm tonight. Packets will also be available until 7:30 am at the Indoor Football Facility.
