Just finished this series. Was not prepared for how good this show is. It’s in my top 10 all time. Not sure where on the list exactly, but it was fricking great. We need some more discussion on this show.

Yup, this show was way better than I thought it was going to be. I still need to watch The Magician.

That was the best last 2 mins in any show I’ve ever seen.
The last 2-3 episodes were so great.
Spoilers
Spoilers.
I read an article right before watching the last half of season 3 where the writer/creator/ guy who plays ray didnt want to do it anymore. He was tired of it since he’d been doing it for like 15 years w the movie and everything.
So when it got to that scene, he’s laid back, he’s just living a regular life, and those guys get in, he seems oblivious. He asked them what they did and one said “little bit of this, little bit of that”, which is what ray always said. So they’re obviously hit men and there for him and he’s not picking up on it.
I thought damn this guy can’t let ray go out like this. But that’s how it is, right? Some idiot gets you in the end.
Then he cracks that wicked grin. I almost yelled. Hell yeah.
Ray hated doing stuff to innocent people. But if you were an a-hole or did him or his mates wrong he felt nothing for you and would take you out. Then I thought about what he said in the first season about allowing people to be a-holes.
Ray loved that aspect of the life and that grin said the magician was about to scratch that deep itch on these two a-holes.

Seems like several posters on here still don’t know about the show so I thought I would bump this thread.
Also, currently doing a rewatch, S2 is incredible.
