There is no way Florida is top 3 in education. I do love Illinois being dead last in fiscal stability. They did it to themselves with a pension system you have to try NOT to abuse. Where UI is located there is a person who was drawing a full teachers and former mayor's pension. That wasn't enough... she ran and was elected as treasurer for the county, stayed 8 months, and now draws a 3rd full pension. My in-laws talk about it all the time when they visit and I wonder why they just don't leave. From what I've seen the situation is worse than California was in the 90s.

They just got bailed out with a "covid" bill so they are good and can move up 25 spots. See how great leftist fiscal policy works. Someone else pays the piper.

Have you seen Florida schools? They are modern mini college campuses.
