The components of the PSA kits are excellent. Many of them are military FN overrun parts. But their assembly can be very suspect. If this is your first build, have someone very familiar look it over. I have seen improperly staked gas keys, improperly mounted front sight bases and even a completed upper where they forgot to torque down the barrel nut. My buddy brought it to me complaining of accuracy issues and wanted me to look at his optic mount. I put the upper in the vise and I could grab the end of the barrel and wiggle it back and forth. I said "well that ain't right."

They buy parts in various states of assembly and then complete them in house. Some of their people know what they are doing, some are new and some are just idiots.

It will be my first build, so I definitely won't be doing it alone. A couple of the other FFs have a good bit of experience with them. We're gonna build it at one of their shops.
