I would put Old Forrester at the top of the list for in town distilleries, they have the history/pedigree to make it interesting, a nice bourbon selection in the gift shop, and they fire barrels in the facility which is something nobody else does. Michters is also downtown and often has some stuff on the shelf that you can’t easily find elsewhere. Bulliet is in town and outside of downtown if you want to see a larger operation.
Slugger museum is awesome and Churchill Downs has a great museum at the track that is worth your time regardless of interest in horse racing.
