I find this hard to believe. Of the current SC justices, I can see 2 members (possibly 3 with Roberts) thinking this is acceptable.

At this point in time (after completion of his term), there is zero basis in the law for denying the prosecutor access to relevant documentation.
Will Trump ever by convicted? Probably not. But that is an ENTIRELY different question.
