Alpha game has some good tips. Never drink straight from the bottle. The point is to take it in, absorb what it's really trying to tell you and figure out who you are and stop obsessing over women.

There's no A to B to C to winning women over. Anyone who claims they can have any woman is ignoring 95% of women, particularly the ones who reject them. You also have to remember that most of the guys pushing this stuff are making money off of it. They're going to tell you whatever they have to to keep you coming back.

I used to read a guy called Adam Piggott (Blog: pushingrubberdownhill). He was married to the woman of his dreams. He was super manly. He was on top of the world. Always pushed frame and alpha crap.

She convinced him to move from Australia to the Netherlands, dumped him, and now he's in New Orleans.

These guys are only telling you half the story. They paint a picture. Alpha game isn't real.
