Every faucet in house is working except the cold water side in 2nd bathroom sink, hot water side is fine, toilet refills normally and bath flows normally. What's your take? Was working earlier

Yep probably frozen turn on the hot side and open the cold maybe you will get lucky and they are run close enough together to defrost it. Otherwise start figuring out how to defrost it and be prepared to block it in quickly if it has burst in the wall.
Also WTF are you doing I have seen double post but never triple post?

Is the toilet and bath or shower cold water working in that bathroom? Everything in that bathroom gets fed from the same cold water line. Is there a crawlspace or attic pipe feed? A simple hair dryer is enough to free a frozen clog. The problem is that a hair dryer is not manufactured for that continued length of use. They will burn out.
