If you think you want to stay at least medium-term with the company and if this move potentially can lead to advancement, I’d consider it.*

You can ask about the possibility of working remotely but be careful if you do so.

You’re introducing more complexity into the negotiations and without us knowing what industry/field you’re in, maybe culturally those folks aren’t ready for remote workers.

*(As long as you’re not having to move to a shithole like Dumas, AR.)
