After the future study ....It will be found that Texas will have had several generators down for maintenance. Several unplanned outage (generation not distribution) situations and of course ...trying to supply where wind and solar are incapable of supplying right now. Until Utilities learn to treat wind and solar as nothing more than CoGen that is not relied on for power between 9am to 7pm ...the planning folks will never get this right. All Wind and Solar is NOT Peak power ..
