so basically the 4 upper corners are gone and we will get to pick seats first after renewals.

I have seats in two rows in 620. Per the ticket rep only my row 7 seats are gone. Did you hear something different ?

I wouldn't say that, better confirm The process with the Saints. I wouldn't want to get disappointed expecting a post to be reality.
