No it was over exposed, as in, saturated from too many X-rays. An X-ray of the chest would show more than that, but it’s a basic test at a field hospital with limited equipment.

Considering she was just thrown hundreds of yards and through a shield barrier, I would think an Xray for broken bones would be appropriate.

Sorry bro you are out of your field here. It was underexposed. If it were over exposed, you would have a completely black film in hand. There would be no clear portions or white showing.
Besides all that, most regular hospitals (much less state-of-the-art governmental facilities) stopped using diagnostic plain film like 10 years ago lol
