No, no just no. I won’t say “no” because I haven’t read every single case, but few of the courts even addressed the sufficiency of the evidence. They dismissed the cases on procedural grounds.

Now, some cases were not dismissed, but the courts refused to expedite them or grant the temporary relief requested. Some of those cases are still ongoing and discovery is still being conducted. In those cases, it would be fair to say that the courts did not find the evidence sufficiently compelling to grant temporary relief, but that doesn’t mean anything with regard to evidence that will eventually be placed before the trier of fact and the outcome of the case.
