Photoshop Request

Hey fellow tigers,
Even though this is my first post, I browse this board an awful lot and am amayzed at the work yall do. Here is my situation: I just finished building a pirogue for the upcoming duck hunting season and I need to paint some camo marsh grass on the boat. I would like to do this using stencils with different layers. I found the stencils that I want to use but I am terrible with resizing/cleaning up the lines. I want the pictures to fully cover an 8.5 x 11 sheet of landscaped paper. I only need this done for picture #2, #3, #4, #5 of the sample picture. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
