There is so much truth to this. I was listening to the Michael Berry show a couple of years ago and he was taking calls from people that employed positions that required trades. A caller stated that the average age of a plumber journeyman in Houston was above 50. Other people said their biggest problem was getting people that had not had DUI’s so insurance companies would allow them to drive company vehicles. One guy said they resorted to hiring 18 year olds just to drive the actual craftsman around due to driving records.
