NHL 21?

Haven’t played an NHL game since 2013 or so on PS3. How is the series these days? Anyone played 21?

I had 20. It’s pretty much like Madden, same stuff different year.

Had 19 as well which is why I’m saying that

Thanks, I figured with it being an EA game that this would be the case. I was more wondering about the gameplay and franchise mode stuff since I haven't played since the early 2010s. The repetitive nature of the releases wouldn't really concern me. I like hockey and was wondering how it represented the game and the NHL

It’s kind of like Madden in the way it doesn’t change much over the years.
But if you haven’t played since 2013, I’d say go ahead and buy NHL 21 and you can play it for the next 4-5 years or so.
