He says in that video pretty clearly that he's opposed to open borders. You can certainly disagree with some of his ideas on what to do with people who are here illegally but why lie about his actual position?

If DACA kids are going to stay here anyway (they are), why not REDUCE legal immigration by including legalized DACA kids as part of the already 1m+/year immigrant quote we have? Makes pretty good sense.

And Rand was very clear that he was opposed to the overarching concept of using "emergency powers" by the executive, not that he opposed building the border wall.
