Stop trying to use an exception to make it seem like bullshite. 90% of the country doesnt lift weights, I mean truely lift weights.


How does this not register for most people? Is it denial?

If you bust your arse in the gym, lift heavy, eat real food and are in great shape then it doesn't apply to you. You're the exception. If you fit this description the BMI chart isn't even needed. This is a very, very low percentage of people. If you aren't actively exercising and lifting heavy then yes, the BMI chart applies to you.

because most people are overweight or obese on the chart adn do not want to admit that. So they use the excuse that they lift and used to be in great shape and the chart still said they were fat.

most people lie and do not want to take responsibility for their actions.
