Or you could recognize that it looks nothing like the Hunger Games symbol. Then you could listen to the person who wore it when she stated she was trying to send a message of peace to a very divided country. "A dove carrying an olive branch," Gaga wrote. "May we all make peace with each other."

Then just Google “peace dove” and realize it looks exactly like what she said.

Or I can realize that one image can be used to send multiple messages. Gaga doesn't arbitrarily decide her outfits. Her look today was done on purpose.

If peace and unity is the only message, she would not have chosen red and black as the colors. This isn't difficult.
