Watson to me is the 2nd best QB in the league. I feel we need to keep core players but anyone should be available. But like I said earlier Watson doesn’t need all pro WRs. Sanders Harris T. Smith Callaway maybe another player in FA we should be set. Defense doesn’t have to be this level good as we saw this season to win games. Watson is everything we need.

Don't know about 2nd but I love Watson personally. He's definitely top 5 and a franchise QB. I agree with you too I think he fits perfect in the Saints system. The thing is the WRs Brees had he never really had a true superstar. Thomas? I don't even think Graham was as good as billed as you witnessed when he left. Colston I loved him but man he probably never would've caught on anywhere else. He could run good routes and was an outstanding possession guy.
We'd have to give up our studs to get Watson and draft picks. Some contracts are getting too beefy so I'd be okay with a smaller rebuild effort. Brees made the WRs here and I think Watson could do the same.
