Sh!t, the incompetent f*ck went 6-6 (2-6 in the f*cking Missouri Valley Conference) (2019), 4-7 (3-5 in conference) (2018), and 6-5 (4-4 in conference) (2017) during his last three years at Youngstown State. So, they were probably looking to fire him anyway.

Whoever was responsible for putting this contract together should personally pay back Pelini's buyout or be fired IMMEDIATELY.
