The daily numbers are information mandated by HHS and state health department. We used to report this to CDC but remember...Trump’s administration changed that and demanded it be reported to HHS. Don’t like the questions they are asking...blame Trump administration on that one.
Another department has to daily report our PPE supply levels. Another department how many vents, etc.
