Selling / buying tickets above face value

Question - are scalping laws still in effect in any way? Reason is, I've seen lots of tickets on Ebay and Stubhub for some ridiculous prices (i.e. - Alabama and Georgia games).
Supply and demand is fine by me. Some guys that came down and tailgated with us paid a premium for the Florida game last year.
My question is specifically about internet sales (Ebay, Stubhub, etc). They usually don't reveal the exact seat, merely the section and row number due to protect the "privacy" of the seller. Is this so the LSU ticket police don't come swooping in?

If you live in state you have to follow the rules...if you live out of state, you can sell them for whatever you want.

Ticket prices are going to be through the roof.

Man dont do that. Offer them to another LSU fan first for decent price first man. It sucks when you stick some obnoxious Florida fans right in the middle of true LSU fans for an extra 40 bucks. You just screwed up everybody else in your section particularly if we lose.

from what I've read, Louisiana allows scalping on the internet sites. I believe this law was changed a couple of years ago. please correct me if I'm wrong.
