So how much impact will Destroya's modified Phase that goes in effect on Friday have on getting something to eat and going to museums, etc this weekend?

I’d inquire now to whatever establishment you had planned to visit. Should’ve already gotten WW2 tix. Only the restaurant themselves can answer your questions . Good luck

Restaurants are still open, just lower seating capacity, but you should still be able to get a table at most places.
You can still hit up all the outdoor bars, etc.
