I have. Just didn't this year. I'm currently a 4 something, but that's my lifetime low. I typically live in the 5-6 range. A few decent rounds mixed in with a few bad rounds, but nothing super low. Basically every round that doesn't get thrown out is within a shot of my handicap, I.e. I don't have a couple 1s with a few 6s. The rounds that count for me right now are all 4s and 5s, if that makes sense.
