I'm surprised that part is a problem. Its perfectly legal for off-road use. Shouldn't be any harder to find than a non-emissions race car engine tune.
Since yours is likely just a farm truck that does not get used on the highway (make this part clear when calling around) than it shouldn't be too much of a problem?
I had heard the EPA had started really cracking down on the guys who were doing diesel toons.
