Is Cold War season 1 available on the New Zealand server yet?

Typically, you can play a day before a release on New Zealand servers. Anyone know?

Yea thats usually the case for US based studio games. Worldwide update at set times based on location.
Also why the servers on games like that are usually awful for the first few hours
