Sounds corny but it will kick your arse. I do the 20 min variation as a warmup before 5/3/1.

But there are hour long variations that will have you in a pool of sweat.

If you do that and cut out crap carbs (except for say, the weekend ... you know enjoy life a little) then you will not only lose 25 but look great too.
