Hey...from what I have read on the recruiting sites and on this board...
They say Richardson is still looking...
What's your opinion on whether or not he will honor his current commitment?

I think he will honor the committment, I just think he wants to take all of his visits and have fun.
I hope he honors it because I think he will be an exceptional running back in college, but if he goes somewhere else I would wish him luck.
We are going to have a very solid class next year and I think he wants to be a part of the team we are currently building. he would be a great addition with Mark Ingram in the backfield. I have no doubt that he will be the fature back wherever he chooses to go.

I appreciate your opinion and read the whole Richardson thead, but did not see you post...
I had him pegged to go to Auburn because they get a great deal of kids from the FL panhandle...but Tuscaloosa is no furhter in distance than Auburn for the most part.
So many quality RBs in FL this year they can't keep them all in state and with a straight face guarantee playing time...
I bet he keeps his commitment to Bama as well...I suspect LSU has backed off and are concentrating on Lacy & Michael if we want anymore.

I think he likes LSU and he has a brother in Louisiana but y'all have a stable full of running backs and are getting two more great ones this year. I think he would see the field much quicker at BAMA than any of the other schools on his list.

Agreed...the handwriting is on the wall...concerning playing time
While reading the other posts...Lynx believes LSU is holding off accepting a commitment from Michael because of Richardson...I disagree and think if LSU is waiting on anyone...it is Lacy they are waiting on...there is always a "LA-boy" element to recruiting and trying to keep a fence around your state's talent. If a similar situation occurred in Alabama, I bet Tubby and Saban would wait on the Bama guy if they could.

I don't think anyone knows where Lacy falls on the LSU board, but his academic questions may cause him to never get a CO.

I just don't and didn't see those LA kids as big a talent as Lacy currently is. Although Paige was Rivals #14 and Scout's #9 WR. You have a good/legitimate point with Paige.
Brown was #52 RB per Scout and #17 per Rivals.
OU has a pipeline to ASH in Alexandria. Legit, but not as big as Lacy.
Nic Harris was #5 LB per Rivals and #14 Scout...another legit point...you're right...another OU pipeline kid from ASH.
Taylor was Rivals #17 ATH & 24 CB per Scout. Taylor is weaker than Lacy as far as ranking, but 2 of four are right there with Lacy. You are right-on with Paige & Harris. Disagree on Taylor & Brown.
However, RBs are always more coveted as positions go...I may be wrong, but that's why I see Lacy as a bigger prospect.

I'm basing it off everything I have read.
It's more their opinion than it is mine. I wouldn't mind if we don't get any of them.
Lache Seastrunk is wanting to be a Tiger so if we can get one other RB next year then LSU is still sitting pretty.
It would be great to get CM, EL, or TR but they are not necessary.

I wish I knew too...that would be the deciding factor...at least for me and my opinion of the LSU Coache's MO.
If Richarson (especially) or Michael played in 5A, I would say you were dead on regarding Richardson.
But, my gut says they don't...if you find out...please let me know.
