I was a horrible, fat piece of crap this time last year. I blamed only myself and I started working to fix it. Changing my diet and eating habits and now working out. I’m quite handsome now and folks think I’m 10 years younger than I am.
People need to get some self-respect and quit blaming others. They are fricking lazy. Period.
Just wait until you get tired of all that work to stay thin... You'll be fat again.

Thing is, it’s not that hard. You just have to change. I would rather be healthy than eat a bunch of crap. And you can eat crap sometimes, you just can’t be living off of it.
